Not Good? Money Back!

We offer a money back guarantee on all our stock products. You can return a product within seven days of receipt using the procedure below. The product concerned must be complete, unused and in the original packaging. Products or packages that are damaged do not qualify for return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of the return.

Procedure

  1. Please inform us within seven days, starting from the day after receipt of the product, that you wish to exercise the right of rescission. Do this by e-mail or via our contact form on the contact page. Please include the following information:
    • Name, address and place of residence;
    • Bank account number and name;
    • Order number with which the product was ordered.
  2. Based on the information provided, we will send you a return confirmation with an RMA number and the address for the return shipment. You then have seven days to return the product. The product must be sent back properly packaged so that it is not damaged. The original product packaging may not be written on or damaged. The use of stickers, for example for addressing, is permitted.
  3. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will check whether the product was delivered in accordance with the above conditions.
  4. If the product has been received in accordance with the conditions, we will inform you by e-mail and we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt.
  5. If the item has not been received in accordance with the conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return shipment. We will inform you of this by e-mail. The product remains your property. On request we can return the product to you. However, we do charge for delivery costs.
