1. La Dolce Vallata - Montefiore dell'Aso, Le Marche

La Dolce Vallata is a hidden gem in the Le Marche region, hidden among rolling hills and surrounded by olive trees. This small campsite has just six spacious pitches, so you will always enjoy peace, space and privacy here. The area is ideal for those who love hiking, cycling or just relaxing in nature. There is a small swimming pool to cool down on hot days and the views are breathtaking at any time of day. Facilities are simple but well maintained, including a clean and attractive toilet block.

2. Agricamping Santa Clorinda - Gavorrano, Tuscany

On a quiet organic farm in the middle of Tuscany, you will find Agricamping Santa Clorinda. This charming agricamping site offers spacious pitches among olive groves, where you wake up in the morning to birdsong and views of the Tuscan hills. The campsite is small-scale and caters for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. A simple but clean toilet block is available. Within half an hour you drive to the Tyrrhenian coast, perfect for a day by the sea. The surroundings are perfect for walks, exploring wine routes and visiting historic villages.

3. Camping Rocca di Sotto – Roccafinadamo, Abruzzo

Camping Rocca di Sotto is a small-scale nature campsite located in the hills of Abruzzo, run by Dutch owners Jan and Willeke. With only 15 camping pitches between centuries-old olive trees, this campsite offers an oasis of peace and nature. The campsite has clean sanitary facilities, a communal barbecue area and offers stunning views of the Apennines. Guests can pick fresh produce from the kitchen garden and enjoy the starry night sky. The campsite is about 40 km from the motorway and can be reached via a scenic route.
