Not 1 but 4 doors!
This allows you to enter from either side and easily access your belongings in the car. You can also enjoy the outdoors feeling inside. The Alau's annex has a large door with a panoramic window and extra side windows, providing light and a view at all times – even on rainy days.
Keeps pests out!
The annex comes with a zip-in flysheet and all doors are fitted with mosquito netting. This keeps uninvited guests out and means you won't find any surprises in your annex.
Different heights available
The annexes are available in two different heights: 170 cm and 200 cm. This makes it possible to use the annex with different types of vehicles. Is 200 cm not long enough? We also have 15 cm extensions, so you can reach any height you need.

Our annexes are multifunctional: you can use them to shelter from the rain, enjoy the late evening hours, or create extra sleeping space. The annexes are designed in such a way that it is possible to place an extra camp bed on them.

Do you have an older rooftop tent?
The redesigned annex has been specially developed for the Alau, but also fits our earlier roof tent models such as the 140L and 140L Deluxe. This means you can also benefit from the improvements with an older model: more light and ventilation thanks to the panoramic door and side windows, the option to use the door as a small awning (poles not included), and a sturdier design with better tensioning options. An upgrade for your roof tent, without having to change models.
